DePaul facilities

DePaul Housing marketing director Byrl Moore noted that DePaul's facilities have much in common:

* All the apartment complexes have similar eligibility requirements, except St. Vincent's Apartments in Albany and Carondelet Commons Senior Apartments in Latham, which allow for a slightly higher income ($31,100 for a single person or $35,500 for two people).

* The minimum age for acceptance at most of the apartments is 62 (unless a person has physician verification of mobility impairment), but Carondelet Commons accepts seniors ages 55 and up.
