OBITUARY
Deacon William C. Hewitt
A native of Elmhurst, N.Y., he served in the Air Force in World War II and spent 36 years as an air traffic controller in Albany in addition to serving as a deacon. Survivors include his children, Mary Lee Blakeslee, JoAnn Hauprich, Patricia Jurcsak, Paula Slade, Laurie Ferradino, William Jr., Francis and Joseph; 22 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Interment was at Ballston Spa Cemetery.[[In-content Ad]]
