OBITUARY
Deacon Gerard R. O'Connor
A native of Schenectady, he served in the U.S. Navy in World War II and worked as a pharmacist and in related positions in New York State, including his own business, Jerry O'Connor's Saugerties Pharmacy. As a deacon, he served in Saugerties and New Orleans and at Albany County Nursing Home.
Survivors include his wife, Corrine; children, Jeanne McDonald of Clifton Park, Suzanne and Nancy of Albany; Paul of Virginia Beach, VA; James of Hopewell Junction; and Brian and Peter of Rexford; and 11 grandchildren.[[In-content Ad]]
