OBITUARY
Deacon Eugene P. McNamara
A native of New York City, he served in the U.S. Army in Korea and worked for the telephone company and, eventually, for the federal government. As a deacon, he served at the former St. Patrick's parish in Albany and in prison ministry, then served in Santa Monica, Calif.
Survivors include his wife, Joan; their children, Kevin, Kathleen Conway, Eileen DePaolo, Michael, Mary Ford, Brian, Thomas, Bernadette Moran and Barbara Brown; 12 grandchildren; and a sister, Marie McGrath.
