Sacred Heart parish in Castleton is embarking on a tasty Renew 2000 project: a parish cookbook.

Parishioners are being asked to submit favorite recipes, from appetizers to desserts.

The parish especially hopes for recipes celebrating the ethnic and cultural heritage of its members.

A "children's corner" will include recipes from young parishioners.

Profits from sales of the cookbook will go to charity. For information, call 732-2155. (KB)
