Brother Bernard Knezich, FSC

A funeral Mass was offered July 12 at St. Michael the Archangel Church, Troy, for Brother Bernard Knezich, who died July 8. He was 83 and had been a LaSalle Christian Brother for 60 years.

A native of Amsterdam, he was a veteran of the Korean War who taught in many schools and countries, including LaSalle Institute in Troy, Christian Brothers Academy in Albany, LaSalle Academy in New York City, several schools in Africa and Bethlehem University in Israel.
